Really Funny Stuff
I have been compiling a list of funny quotes and I have to say it is really funny stuff. In the beginning of the process I could not find anything that I found genuinely funny and I was getting frustrated. You see, I am performing this task is part of my assignment for my writing, the class. We were told to gather the list of the 10 funniest quotes of all time. I cannot find anything that was suitable until I began to look at the things that athletes say. More often than not the things that athletes they are completely ridiculous. They are so out of the norm that they are very funny. Athletes often have delusions of grandeur in this comes out in their quotes. Every player thinks that his team is the best team that has ever played and that he is the greatest player that has ever played. I think this is probably because arrogance is necessary to succeed in competitive field but it does make for some very hysterical quoting.
