There is shocking news showing that more number of kids is suffering from mental disorders. And this statistics has been increasing for the past decades. Brain of our kids is basically made up of 60 percent of fats and some of these fats came from Omega 3 fatty acids which can be found when we consume foods and Omega 3 fish oil supplements rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.
Low levels of DHA in fish oils in kids have been linked to low brain serotonin levels which is connected to suicide, depression, and violence. That plainly explains how important the fish oil is for kids. Because if the kids are still deficient with this fish oil then they still have to suffer from poor brain development and other issues which can be avoided by consuming the right amount of fish oils a day. So start giving your kids fish oils now before it’s too late!

I have got a whole day of book signings in Norwich today to promote my new book all about metabolism boosting foods. I traveled up from London on the train first thing in the morning because I have never driven to this part of the country before and I imagined most of the journey to be on old country roads. There are four venues that I have got to visit and fortunately they are all quite close to each other, it is not like London where I would need to hop on the tube in order to get from one place to another, here it can all be done on foot. That still does not mean I know exactly where I am going but I am sure the people at each venue will be able to give me clear directions to the next place that I need to be. The sun is out and it looks to be a glorious day so it is a shame I will be stuck indoors for the duration.
